Refunds & Returns

At dvineskinandbody.co.za, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring our customers are satisfied. Please read the following Refunds and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Returns

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original, unused, and unopened condition.
  • The product is returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as skincare or body care products) may not be eligible for return if opened or used. Please contact us for specific inquiries regarding these products.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dvines.co.za or call +27 21 913 0897. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the product, which may include using a specific return shipping address.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or defective.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@dvines.co.za or call +27 21 913 0897.

  • We will arrange for the product to be replaced or a full refund issued.
  • We may require you to provide photos of the damaged or defective item.

 

 

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Opened or used hygiene products, including skincare and body care items.
  • Gift cards or promotional products.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@dvines.co.za or calling +27 21 913 0897. After 24 hours, orders are processed, and cancellations may not be possible.


8. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or an error was made with the order. If your order qualifies for a refund, the shipping charges will be excluded from the refund amount.


9. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refunds and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly.
